Congratulations are in place to our client, IBI Investment House LTD on joining forces with Africa-Israel Hotels to form a large-scale, first-of-its-kind hospitality fund in Israel and one of the larger Israeli funds of 2021 (if not the largest) in terms of AUM with a total asset value of approximately NIS 1.2 billion!
