Leah represents employers in all legal aspects related to employment relations, including M&As, global-related employment aspects, litigation, immigration to Israel for employment purposes, reorganization, recruitments, cutbacks and terminations, implementation of retention plans and various policies, discrimination issues, sexual harassment policies, and investigations. Leah accompanies and represents clients in Labor Courts and other judicial tribunals.
