Partners Ofer Shapira and David Hadar successfully represented Albar in an appeal to the Supreme Court on a judgment to approve a 62,000,000 ILS class action against it. The Supreme Court accepted all of Albar’s arguments in the appeal, granted the appeal, revoked the judgment and dismissed the motion to approve the class action against Albar.
