Partners Ben Inbar, Ibrahim Atrash, Roey Gutman, Naama Margolis, and Associates Eli Izraeli and Or Raz represented ZecOps, who have created a tool for analyzing and implementing optimization processes in the cyber attack field, in an agreement for Jamf to purchase the company.
Jamf, a publicly traded company on NASDAQ, is a software company dealing mainly with Apple devices.
The deal will boost high-end security within Apple enterprise.
