Partner Itay Kellner and Associate Tom Small represented Millennium Food-Tech LP, a public R&D partnership in a Series B Financing Round in TripleW of approximately $17 million, plus warrants to purchase additional shares in an amount of $5 million.
TripleW’s technology converts food waste into bioplastics, and this funding round will enable TripleW to ramp its proven technology from demo scale to commercial scale by transforming multiple existing large scale waste management installations.
