Ori is an associate in the high-tech and venture capital department, specializing in corporate and commercial law, with particular expertise in M&A, venture capital financings, commercial transactions and joint ventures, domestic and international.
Ori represents entrepreneurs and start-ups through all phases of corporate growth, from inception to exit, and also represents Venture capital funds and diverse investors in both local and foreign investment transactions.

Ori worked in a judge’s office at the Israeli Central District Court and assisted in the work of the court in the fields of civil law.
