Leeshai is a corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience in corporate law and commercial transactions.
She represents both domestic and international companies in a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, ongoing commercial transactions, due diligence, environmental and sustainability law, and competition law. Leeshai also provides ongoing advice and counsel in the areas of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and competition law.
