Congratulations to our client, Inter Industries Plus Ltd., on signing an up to NIS 69 million investment! The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange-listed company has successfully signed a groundbreaking investment agreement with three private companies owned by Barak Dotan, Nadav Dotan, and Yossi Ben Shalom.
In this transformative move, these investors are poised to inject NIS 38 million into Inter, attaining approximately 35% ownership through shares and options. An additional NIS 19 million may be infused through the full exercise of the options.
As part of this strategic transaction, Inter will sell its holdings in the entities active in Greece and Germany, to Dana Caspi, the current chairwomen, in consideration for an additional NIS 12 million. This strategic maneuver is expected to bolster Inter’s financial reserves by between NIS 50 and 69 million.
