Yael specializes in high tech, securities, corporate and commercial law, representing a wide range of start-ups and corporations in international and domestic transactions, as well as on-going corporate and commercial advice to clients in their various aspects of the business.
Yael represents clients in international financing and lending transactions, revolving lines of credit and venture loans, across various industries, including HSBC Bank.
In addition, Yael works with dual – listed public companies, trading both on Nasdaq and TASE, in all corporate and securities issues, corporate governance in both Israel and the US together with their day to day commercial activities.
