Tal specializes in capital markets and securities, corporate governance, regulation of institutional entities and investment houses, public companies, and fintech entities.
Tal has previously held senior legal and managerial positions in both the private and public sectors, including:
- Management member and senior advisor at the Capital Market, Insurance, and Savings Authority during Dr. Moshe Barkat’s tenure. In this role, Tal handled corporate governance events and investment transactions in institutional entities, led the reform in the regulation of financial service providers, accompanied legislative and regulatory processes, and represented the State of Israel in international forums dealing with fintech and blockchain.
- Legal advisor and head of the Corporate Department at Menora Mivtachim Group, where she was responsible for all aspects of securities, corporate governance, and the work of the board of directors and its committees for both the insurance company and the publicly traded company. She also accompanied strategic mergers and acquisitions within the group.
- Legal advisor to public companies, financial entities, and fintech companies as part of her work at leading law firms.
