Anat is an intern in the commercial department as well as the capital markets and securities department. She assists in supporting public and private companies in commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and due diligence processes. Additionally, Anat supports ongoing legal advice to public companies on matters related to capital markets and securities law.
Other Activities
- During her studies, Anat managed the arketing and administration at the alumni club of the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
- Prior to her internship, Anat worked in the spokesperson’s department at the Israel Tax Authority and as an economist in the wage and labor agreements division at the Ministry of Finance.

- In her free time, Anat specializes in home baking (from jachnun to maritozzo).
- Anat served at the Air Force Museum in Hatzerim as a tour guide and commander, and to this day, she is passionate about aircraft and aviation history.
