Shibolet represented, in collaboration with the U.S law firm DUANE MORRIS LLP, VONAGE HOLDINGS, a U.S communications company (NYSE traded, 3M USD), in a transaction of acquiring the operations of the Israeli start-up comany OVER.AI (formerly SENSIYA). The transaction inculded purchasing the company’s IP and its team (joining approximately 20 employees Vonage’s R&D center in Israel).
