Ofer Zuzovsky represented Gindi Holdings in its contractual engagement with Danya Cebus Ltd., for the construction of “The Upper House” project in the Yad Eliyahu neighborhood in Tel-Aviv, which includes two towers of 30 floors each, containing 704 apartments and a public building. The total value of the contract is approximately 650M NIS.
The project received construction permits and the building work on it is currently starting.
