Einat Weidberg and Yoav Manor represented Elron and RDC in the sale of control in Pocared Diagnostics, a company in the field of medical devices in which more than USD 130 million have been invested so far, to a group of investors led by the Recanati family. Following the sale, Elron and RDC will be left with 10% holdings in Pocared, and the right to a significant portion of the proceeds from the exercise of the shares sold, if sold.
