Calanit Bar and Uri Sagiv represented Housing B.P. Ltd. (a subsidiary of Bank Hapoalim) in a sale of plots that form part of the rights of members of the Yitzhak Tshuva Group in the Bavli Park project in Tel Aviv, subject to the rights of Housing B.P., Yh Dimri, and a member of the Hajaj Group.
The completion of the transaction included, among other things, the representation of Housing B.P. in entering into a tripartite agreement with Discount Bank, which provided financing to Dimri and Hajaj for the purchase of the above-mentioned plots.
On the plots sold to Dimri and Hajaj, 2 residential towers of up to 44 floors will be built. According to a transaction of exchange signed in 1987 between Housing B.P. and companies from the Tshuva Group and from the Dankner Group (the original purchasers of the land), proceeds from the sale of apartments in the towers will be paid to Housing B.P.
