OPC Energy, a subsidiary company of Ofer Brothers Group , acquired the full ownership rights in Sugat power plant from Dor Alon, which is managed and owned by Moti Ben Moshe. This landmark deal marks one of the largest transactions in the energy industry, with an estimated value of approximately 1 billion NIS. Despite significant competition and time constraints, the deal was accomplished in a record time, thanks to the dedicated efforts of our team.
