Partner Amir Fisher represented Arad Ltd., a public company traded in Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, in the acquisition of the minority shares (40%) of Watertech SpA, an Italian company specializing in the production and distribution of water and gas meter reading equipment in Italy and other markets.
Prior to the transaction, Arad owned 60% of the share capital of Watertech, and now, following the completion of the transaction, Arad owns all issued, paid up share capital of Watertech.
