Civil Status Matters Assistance Center

Dear Clients and friends,
During times of war, numerous questions naturally arise—questions and concerns that are particularly relevant in these circumstances.
Shibolet is active and supportive on all fronts, joining and initiating volunteering activities here at home, like all of us, and in the legal field worldwide.

By now, we have established five dedicated support helplines, connecting you with our legal experts who stand ready voluntarily to assist in their respective fields of expertise.

Civil Status Matters Assistance Center

Our Family Law Department offers legal advice in the fields of family law and inheritance, particularly within the context of wartime scenarios.
Our services encompass ״yeduim batsibur” (non-ceremonial marriage) and marital rights in the event of loss, preventing the status of “agunot” during times of conflict, issuance of inheritance orders, will maintenance orders, guardianship proceedings, opinions on the appointment of guardians for minors, and a range of related matters.
