David Magriso, Eyal Ron, Sandra Manor-Richter and Lihi Adato represented the winning consortium TransJerusalem J-Net Ltd. and its shareholders in the tender of the Jerusalem Light Rail, for the establishment & operation of the Green Line & Red Line.
This is the largest transportation tender ever published by the State of Israel. It includes works in an estimated sum of NIS 11 billion.
The consortium is comprised of Shapir Civil Ltd., an Israeli infrastructure market-leader, and the Spanish CAF (CONSTRUCCIONES Y AUXILIAR DE FERROCARILES, S.A.), a leading international group in the market of turnkey transport projects.
The tender includes, among other things, construction of 27km rail & 50 new stations, design & production of 100 wagons, construction of a central depot area that will include a parking, a garage for wagons & a control center, construction of public parking lots & level separations at central intersections.
David’s team represented the winner and its shareholders from the early screening stage, throughout the whole tender process to the winning stage. The team will continue to represent the winner in the financial closing process and during the practicl execution of the tender.
