Partner Roy Kubovsky, associate Adi Shohat and intern Eden Mizrahi represented our client, IDEAS, in an administrative petition against the Ministry of Defense.
In pursuant of the disqualification decision of IDEAS’ bid in a NIS 30 million tender by the Ministry of Defense, the Tel Aviv Administrative Court ruled in favor of the petitioner, IDEAS, revoked the Ministry of Defense decision as there were severe flaws in the MoD conduct during the tender, while returning the bid to the tenders committee.
