Adi Zaltzman and Inbar Eitan-Goldstein represented Inrom Construction Industries Ltd. in the acquisition of a 37.8% minority stake in Nirlat Group Paints from Kibbutz Nir Oz and Kibbutz Nirim, at a valuation of NIS 270 million.
With the completion of the transaction, Nirlat will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inrom Group, and Inrom Group is expected to surpass a market capitalization of NIS 2 billion.
