Our department has unique expertise and in-depth knowledge of tender law. The department’s work includes regularly counsels for tender committees, drafting tender documents and contracts, comprehensive legal guidance throughout the tender process, including preparing specifications and SOW, assisting with responses to clarification questions, reviewing proposals, preparing summary reports on offerors’ compliance with tender conditions, responding to offerors’ inquiries following the selection of a winning offer, full participation as members of sub-committees and as advisors to tender committees, drafting legal opinions, managing ascertaining details procedures, hearings, negotiations meetings, and various legal procedures.
