Partners Nir Feinberg, Dani Kariv, and associate Jonathan Neumann represented Aspecto in its acquisition by SmartBear, a global leader in software development and visibility tools.
The transaction included handling the establishment of the company, including guidance throughout the funding stages, until its sale to an American technology company (SmartBear) , along with the employment of the founders by the acquirer.
