This week an agreement was signed under our multi-generational transfer department run by Shiri Malca between business partners who own companies worth over 60 million NIS that are held privately.
They signed mutual wills, extended power-of-attorneys, prenuptial agreements, and trust agreements. The process included complicated dealings with the financial sides of the families involved.
