Partners Adi Zaltzman, Amir Shachar & Gadi Graus, associate Alon Ariel and intern Raphael Aderet represented the Israeli company A2Z Advanced Solutions in completing its listing for trade of securities on the TSXV – Toronto Venture Stock Exchange (Canada). This was resulted by a reverse triangular merger with a Canadian company, in which around 99% of its shares were replaced by Canadia-issued shares.
A2Z is currently acting to get this arrangement approved by the Israeli court, according to Section 350 of the Israeli Companies Law. This includes getting the required approvals for exemption from prospectus publication and for enabling 250 more shareholders of A2Z to also exchange their shares in Candian ones.
