Ofer Ben Yehuda, Einat Weidberg, Chezi Yehezkeli, Ofer Filhaber and Assaf Bani represented ApiFix, a medical portfolio company of Trendlines in its sale to OrthoPediatrics, an American company engaged in orthopedic equipment for children traded on NASDAQ. The transaction consists of a number of guaranteed payments in the amount of approximately $70 million, as well as a conditional payment of ApiFix’s product sales in the future. Most of the payment is made through shares of OrthoPediatrics.
