Congratulations to our client, Arad Ltd., on winning a bid (worth 90 million NIS) in Meniv Rishon’s tender for supplying and maintaing a remote water meters system, after their successful petition to cancel Cellcom’s winning. The district court accepted Arad’s claims that Cellcom was not eligible for the tender due to a fault in their forms. The court ordered to return to discussions in Meniv’s tender committee, which eventually decided to accept Arad’s position, to disqualify Cellcom’s offer, and to announce Arad as the winning bidder.
