Inbal Marciano, Amir Shachar, Dana Rosen Asadon, Matan Dekel, Noy Rindner and Rotem Maayan together with Labor Law department- Keren Maimon-Sandler and Dorit Rachamim represented Blade Ranger Ltd., in purchasing the assets and activities of Raycatch, which developed a system called DeepSolar, an advanced and innovative software program for managing solar cell fields that perform automatic diagnostics to improve processes and optimize the solar fields to make electricity creation through renewable energy more efficient, accessible, and profitable.
