Congrats to our client, Bubbles Mutagim Ltd. on their merger with Mobile Max Technologies Inc. Bubbles, responsible for a chain of stores and technology platform for marketing premium children’s brands, merged with the shelf corporation, Mobile Max Technologies, at a value of 120 million NIS.
According to the deal, the stockholders of Bubbles will hold 87.5% of the shares after the merger.
Partners Ron Soulema and Saul Adereth together with Associates Yishay Genin and Miriam Kricheli represented Bubbles Mutagim.
