Congratulations and amazingly well done to our client CartiHeal (2009) Ltd. the developer of the Agili-C implant, a novel technology for cartilage regeneration in the knee, and to its founder and CEO, Nir Altschuler, for signing an acquisition agreement pursuant to which CartiHeal shall be acquired by the global corporation Smith+Nephew, a leader in sports medicine, for an aggregate amount of up to US$330 Million.
