Partner Shelly Blatt Zak and Associate Ivor Krumholtz represented Compugen on the completion of a $20M dollar PIPE by American bio-pharma company, BMS, marking and reinforcing the continuation of the strategic cooperation between two companies. In return for the investment, BMS received 2.3 million Compugen shares at a price of $8.57 per share, representing a 33% premium on the closing price of the share prior to the date of completion.
