Gadi Ouzan and Tom Small represented Earnix, the expanding software licensing company for banks in Israel, in a significant software licensing agreement with Bank Hapoalim. This marks the first time an Israeli bank acquires and utilizes Earnix’s pricing software, whose clients are primarily insurance companies and banks in the United States and Europe.
