Saul Adereth and Inbar Eitan-Goldstein represented Gama in a successful stock issuance carried out by way of a rights offering – meaning the existing shareholders were given the opportunity to purchase additional shares at a discounted market price. In the offering, the company received almost complete responsiveness (99.5%) indicating the high level of trust of the shareholders in the company, especially in light of the current crisis of confidence experienced by other external financing companies in the banking sector. In the offering, Gama raised 119.5 million NIS.
