David Magriso represented both Harel Insurance & Finance Company Ltd. and Hachshara Insurance Company Ltd. & in establishing an investment Fund (“SIF”) in Luxembourg, in collaboration with the LRC group.
The fund has purchased the full rights in an office campus that includes 5 buildings in Paris and leased to 3 IT tenants for NIS 1.3 billion.
