Congratulations to our client, Harel Insurance, who purchased 10% of Tidhar Group קבוצת תדהר holdings for 390 million NIS. The deal gives Tidhar a market value of 3.9 billion NIS (after the money).
This deal continues Harel’s cooperation with Tidhar, in which our firm also represented Harel, in the field of performing real estate transactions.
