Partner Eli Cohen successfully represented Helion Steel Wheels Ltd. in its objection to the Her/2440 district plan, that is aimed to replan western Herzliya, that was filed to the Tel Aviv District Planning And Building Committee.
The plan applies on 900 dunams in the industrial area of western Herzliya, turning it into a multi-use area including employment, hotels, shopping, residential and public buildings. Also, according to the Plan, separate parcels were united which affected our client’s possibilities to use its own parcel.
Over 40 objections were submitted against the plan.
The district committee accepted the objection filed by Adv. Cohen, and canceled the resolution of “unification and division”, allowing our client to maintain sole rights and discretion as to the future of its parcel, and also granted our client the rights to build 80 units on its parcel.
