The two financing transactions were closed simultaneously with Bank Leumi Le-Israel and BANK HAPOALIM.
The financing shall be used for the establishment and upgrade of vital infrastructure projects, including the Shafdan Project (the Dan region wastewater treatment plant) and a system of collection and transmission lines.
