Joseph Benkel, Nati Agmon, Lider Kupershmidt Tal, and Yam Itzhaky petitioned the High Court on behalf of restaurateurs to order the state to create a proportionate and balanced outline that would enable the operation of restaurants while maintaining public health and the continued employment of restaurant workers.
