Partners Tamir Afori, Moshe Neeman, Gil Rosenberg, and Ofer Shapira successfully represented Jafora Tabori in the Supreme Court, regarding the defense of the “Shwepps” brand against the importation of products from Ukraine, produced there by a local subsidiary of Coca-Cola. The Supreme Court overturned the district court’s ruling and determined that since Jafora Tabori is the owner of the brand in Israel, such importation is prohibited.
