Partners Yair Salomon, Eli Cohen (litigation) along with associate Dror Weiss represented Mekorot throughout the long process of formulating and publishing a bid for the sale of their headquarters in Tel Aviv and the establishment of a new headquarters in Holon.
On August 8, 2022, the bid committee decided that Y. D. Barazani Properties and Building (1983) Ltd and Ela R. Assets and Holdings (1994) Ltd. were the winners of the bid. The bid’s worth is about 300 million NIS.
