Congrats to our client, Phytolon, on their strategic collaboration with the American company, Ginkgo Bioworks! The two companies will work together to create new strains of yeast fermentation that will lead to high-quality natural colors.
This move will help position Phytolon’s natural colors as the ultimate solution for the F&B and cosmetics industries. Tal Karplus, Ofer Ben-Yehuda, and Chen Nissim represented Phytolon in the deal.
