Partners Roy Kubovsky and Gil Rosenberg represented Samsung Electronics in the contractual and regulatory aspects of renewing and updating its franchise agreement with Sunny Cellular Communications, the official importer and marketer of Samsung’s cellular products in the Israeli open market, until the end of 2024.
This is a strategic agreement amounting to hundreds of millions of dollars a year.
