Partner Michal Gottesman Barak and partner Inbal Puny represented ‘Shaked Fund’ in the transaction to provide a loan of 120 million NIS to the Zim Holdings group to finance the company’s activities, including the development of the group’s real estate project in central Tel Aviv.
