Ofer Manor, Maya Malin, Chen Nissim and Ofra Leventer represented Spear UAV in an investment transaction led by Uvision Air, in the framework of which an aggregate amount of 17M$ were invested in Spear. In connection with this investment, Uvision Air also entered into a secondary purchase transaction with certain of Spear’s shareholders, under which additional shares of Spear were acquired for an aggregate amount of 3M$.
