We are proud to have represented our long standing client, the venture capital fund, theDOCK in receiving an investment from the Japanese leading financial services corporation ORIX which invested in theDOCK’s second venture capital fund.
Such fund was founded to invest in and advance early-stage startups creating technology in the maritime field. Our partner Amir Iliescu, who has been working with theDOCK as fund counsel and advisor since inception, was honored to assist in this transaction together with associate Ofra Maharat.
