Ofer Shapira, Batia Barad, and Tal Rubinov, with the assistance of Alon Ziv, successfully represented Yevulei Shemesh Renewable Energy Group Ltd. in a request for temporary relief filed against it by a farmer claiming approximately 11.8 million NIS for an alleged breach of a commercial agreement regarding the establishment of solar facilities.
As part of the request for temporary relief, the court was asked to grant various measures, including temporary injunctions for the transfer of documents and assets of the company to the plaintiff.
After submitting our response, in which we argued, among other things, that the requested temporary relief does not serve the purposes claimed in the main lawsuit and that the plaintiff’s claims lack merit and are inconsistent with the provisions of the agreement signed between the parties, the plaintiff announced during the hearing that he does not pursue his request, and the request was dismissed.
