We are pleased to announce that our client, Camtek, a leading manufacturer of Metrology and Inspection equipment serving the Semiconductor industry, traded on both Nasdaq and TASE, has raised $68.4 million on Nasdaq, in an underwritten follow-on public offering of 4,025,000 shares (which included the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares).
The deal was led by partners Lior Aviram and Shelly Blatt Zak, associates Ivor Krumholtz, Jonathan Neumann and Tal Ben Nissan and intern Neri Meidan Shani.
