Adi Zaltzman and Omer Weiss successfully represented Lahav L.R. Real Estate, a public company whose shares are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd., in a transaction in which the pension funds managed by More Provident and Pension Ltd. And More Mutual Funds Management (2013) Ltd., will invest 38.5 million NIS in the company in exchange shares worth 4.76% of Lahav’s issued and paid-up capital. They will also have the option to purchase an equivalent amount of Lahav’s shares.
