Congratulations to Inrom Construction Industries Ltd. on the successful deal to acquire control through its subsidiary, Ytong Ltd., of Alumlight Production Ltd. for a consideration of approximately 192.5 million ILS (partly in cash and partly in shares). Following the completion of the transaction, Ytong will hold 55% of Alumlight’s shares.
The transaction, led by Adi Zaltzman, Inbar Eitan Goldstein, Keren Maimon-Sandler, Inbal Puny, Dana Rosen Asadon, and Noa Kovensky, is another significant step in the implementation of The Inrom Group’s strategic plan to deepen and expand its activities in the construction markets. The focus is on adding new, significant, and profitable growth engines, expanding the group’s product and solution portfolio, including vertical construction, and optimizing construction and infrastructure processes.
