Ofer Zuzovsky, Miri Elia-Kush and Nirit Weinbach represented Gindi Holdings in a transaction for purchasing a real estate property from Aura company, for building a project of 178 units in Kiryat Ono; in an estimated total financial value of approximately NIS 185 million including VAT.
Gindi’s intent is to increase the number of units in the project, according to regulations that allow developers to request additional construction rights beyond the stipulated construction plan approved by the local authority.
